Deposits and cancellations

To ensure excellent service, we require a 24 hour notice for most services, 48 hour on multiple services and a week on group bookings.  Credit card numbers, gift certificate number or cash is required when booking large parties on spa days; if an appointment is missed you will be charged if appointment is missed without proper notification.

Refund
Merchandise can only be returned within seven days of purchase with sales receipt, in exchange for another Spa or Salon product.  All discontinued or sale items are final.  Sorry, we do not offer cash refunds. 

We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

$35.00 fee for any returned checks.
