Elaine

Elaine Baldacci enrolled at St. Pierre Academy in April 2005. She began her hands on cutting classes August 2005. She graduated in April 2006. Elaine is St. Pierreâ™s Educational Instructor for the Theory Curriculum at the St. Pierre Academy.

Elaine originally attended the Arnold Burton Technology School. She realized that she desired more intense training to take her to a more advanced level of education to reach her goals as a hair designer. At that time she enrolled in the St. Pierre Academy.

She has further enhanced her education by attending the Fashion Focus Hair Show in Charlotte, NY in Oct. 2005, Fashion Focus in Baltimore in April 2005, the Rusk Academy in Greensboro NC, Redken Design a Style in October 2006 and Fashion Focus in Charlotte 2006 and 2007. She also attended a second three day Rusk Academy in August 2007, hosted at St. Pierre Salon.

Elaine won a local-district hair competition in 2003. She won local district and state of VA in 2004.  VICA - Vocational Industrial Clubs of America and highest chemical test score in the USA.

She enjoys working with the students and the incredible designers at St. Pierre's. She loves the attitude and creative freedom she has in this career.
